Order Cancellation
We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 12–18 hours of placing your order.
Our team works hard to process and dispatch orders quickly, and many orders are processed on the same day. Once your order has entered the processing stage, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Before Dispatch
If your order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
After Dispatch
Once your order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
